"Sister Sadie" This print celebrates a very special woman of the neighborhood I grew up in, who was an exemplary human being. Sadie was a meal for anyone who was hungry; home for anyone homeless; an ear for anyone in need of someone to listen to them and advise, if warranted. Sadie was a saint. She embodied the characteristics of the Spinners’ song “Sadie”.
